Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CARMS platform, including vehicle browsing, reservation requests, rentals, incident reporting, refunds, and related account features.

Last updated: March 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a reservation, or using any CARMS feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for actions performed through your account unless you promptly notify CARMS of unauthorized use.

3. Reservation and Rental Rules

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability, approval rules, pricing, and applicable rental conditions. Booking details such as dates, assigned driver options, and total amount must be reviewed carefully before confirmation.

CARMS may refuse, cancel, or modify reservations when necessary for availability, maintenance, policy enforcement, suspected misuse, safety concerns, or invalid account details.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Charges, refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and related timelines are managed according to the system workflow and current rental policies. Refund processing may require supporting details and is subject to administrative review.

5. Vehicle Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to use rented vehicles lawfully, safely, and in accordance with all applicable driving and rental rules. You are responsible for damages, misuse, negligence, or losses arising during your rental period, subject to investigation and the system’s administrative review process.

6. Incident Reporting and Maintenance

CARMS may allow customers and administrators to file incident reports for vehicle damage, accidents, mechanical issues, or similar concerns. Verified incidents may be forwarded into the maintenance workflow for repair handling and recordkeeping.

7. Administrative Actions

CARMS administrators may review reservations, incidents, refunds, and account activity to operate the system, investigate issues, and enforce rental policies. Accounts may be limited, suspended, or otherwise acted upon under existing business rules.

8. Data and Communications

By using CARMS, you agree that the system may send service-related notifications such as reservation updates, verification codes, incident notices, password reset emails, and similar operational messages.

9. Limitation of Service

CARMS is provided to manage rental and administrative workflows. Service interruptions, maintenance, availability changes, or operational adjustments may occur without prior notice when reasonably necessary.

10. Changes to These Terms

CARMS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
