2. Reservation and Rental Data
We process reservation dates, selected vehicles, driver selections, booking identifiers, payment-related workflow data, cancellation activity, refund requests, and incident reports so the platform can operate properly.
3. How We Use Information
CARMS uses collected information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process reservations, send system notifications, handle incidents and maintenance workflows, manage refunds, improve operations, and enforce platform rules.
4. Email and Verification Messages
The system may send emails for OTP verification, password resets, reservation notices, incident updates, and other service-related messages using the configured CARMS email infrastructure.
5. Uploaded Files and Evidence
If you upload profile images, receipts, or incident evidence, those files may be stored and reviewed by authorized system administrators for operational and support purposes.

Information is primarily used within CARMS operational workflows. Authorized administrators may access account, reservation, refund, and incident data as needed to manage the system and resolve issues.

CARMS may retain records for reservations, incidents, maintenance, and other operational workflows as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, recordkeeping, dispute handling, or compliance with internal business rules.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect stored information, but no platform can guarantee absolute security. Users should also protect their own login credentials and devices.
